Prior to Higgins Resources, Sally worked with a competitor firm where she was one of their top performers. Her prior experience in the Financial Sector ranges from being an Over-the-Counter Trader with a regional NYSE firm to Institutional Bond Sales. Her sales career introduced her to the world of Finance and to the many diverse professionals she works with now in her recruiting practice. Sally holds a B.A. in Classics from Mary Washington College and pursued her M.A. at the University of Virginia.
